When conducting a competency-based measurement, one may encounter some difficulties. The wide range of competencies assign our first task: selecting the appropriate competencies needed for our specific process. One of our tools The PMC (Perspectives on Management Competencies) facilitates constructive, in-depth, 360° degree development of managers, based on detailed assessment of 36 key management competencies, viewed from multiple perspectives.

Besides the candidate, a number of other people (colleagues, subordinates, managers, clients) fill the questionnaire as well.
The above picture shows how easy it is to compare the Judgement competency scores given by the different evaluator groups, so we can quickly examine the relationship between them.
The test can be administered with a computer which makes the test-taking flexible. The comprehensible, computer generated report is aimed particularly for managers (i.e. the candidates), and it useful in helping identifying and accepting areas of development.
