SHL Hungary Ltd. helps Novartis Hungary Ltd. to select the best people since 2004. During the last six years SHL Hungary Ltd. trained six employees of Novartis on how to use tests (OT/OPQ), Assessment/Development Centres and interview techniques.
The consultants of SHL Hungary Ltd. and the HR experts of Novartis Hungary Ltd. together assessed Novartis project managers and marketing managers and worked out their development plans. They successfully organised Assessment/Development Centres.

BorsodChem Zrt. has been in business relation with SHL Hungary Ltd. as a service provider since 2008. In 2008, three of our employees attended SHL Hungary Ltd’s “Tests in the World of Work” training. Following this course we bought some of their tests, having used with good results since then, and we are still widening our test base year by year. In 2012, SHL Hungary Ltd. was chosen to organize and accomplish a comprehensive, specialized 360 degree assessment within our company, which project has been successfully completed.
