SHL's tools and methodology are efficient tools for selection. In the early stages of selection, the aim is sifting out candidates. Later on, the aim will change to selecting the best of the appropriate candidates.
Our candidates can use SHL tools individually or they can outsource (parts of) the selection process to SHL.
