Diese Testserie besteht aus zwei Tests, die die Handfertigkeit untersuchen. Der Kandidat muss eine aus verschiedenen Bestandteilen bestehende Konstruktion innerhalb der angegebenen Zeit zusammenbauen. In diesem Sinne sind sie Arbeitssimulation-Übungen. Diese Testserie wird empfohlen, um die Eignung der Produktionsarbeiter, Handarbeiter zu untersuchen. Ein Schulabschluss ist nicht notwendig zu den Tests.
Mandex
Measures manual dexterity required in the assembly of mechanical objects. The candidate is presented with a pre-assembled structure, consisting of six steel plates joined together by an assortment of nuts, bolts, washers and spacers. Using this as a model, the task is to build an identical assembly using the set of plates and fixings provided. No other tools are necessary. Scoring is achieved by awarding marks for the correct selection and assembly of plates with account also being taken of the number of fittings correctly assembled.
Findex
An easily administered test of fine dexterity required to assemble small structures. The candidate is required to insert thin steel rods into small holes and secure them with the aid of a screwdriver; both hands need to be used to complete the task.

Seria de două teste măsoară dexteritatea manuală. Sarcina este de a compune structuri din diferite părți într-un anumit timp: în acest sens poate fi considerat și exercițiu de simulare. Este recomandat pentru testarea forței de muncă fizică din producție. Completarea testelor nu presupune un anumit nivel de educație.

INSTRUMENTS FOR MEASURING MANUAL DEXTERITY
Series of two tests, measuring manual dexterity. The task is assembling a structure from a number of different elements in a given time; hence it can also be seen as a work simulation exercise. It is recommended for assessing physical workers working in production or another area. No education is required for completing these assessments.
Mandex
A teszt a tárgyak összeszereléséhez szükséges kézügyességet méri. A jelölt egy faalapon összeszerelt modellt kap, mely 6 acéllemezből áll és különféle összekapcsoló elemekből áll. A feladat az, hogy a megadott elemekből a bemutatott modellel azonos szerkezetet kell összeállítani, külön szerszámok nélkül. A kapott pontérték a megfelelő helyre került elemek alapján jön létre.
Findex
A teszt kis tárgyak manipulációjához szükséges "finom" mozdulatokra való képességet vizsgálja. Mindkét kéz használatával vékony acélrudakat kell kis lyukakba beilleszteni, majd csavarhúzóval rögzíteni.

A két tesztből álló sorozat a kézügyességet vizsgálja. Különböző alkatrészekből álló szerkezeteket kell összeszerelni meghatározott idő alatt: ilyen értelemben munkaszimulációs gyakorlatnak is felfogható. Termelésben, gyártásban dolgozók, fizikai munkások alkalmasságvizsgálatára ajánlott. A tesztekhez nem szükséges iskolai végzettség.
