Az SHL Hungary Kft. az Értékelő-Fejlesztő Központ úttörője Magyarországon. Munkánk során sok nagyvállalatnak segítettünk kialakítani az önálló Assessment Center és Development Center (AC/DC) rendszerét.

The Assessment Centre is a method for selecting new colleagues. The essence of it: putting the potential employee into a situation where they have to perform tasks that are related to the open job position so that observers can draw conclusions about their behaviour in the workplace. The Development Centre aims to assess the development needs of existing employees.
